AAMIL is a data controller under the Data Protection Act of 2017. AAMIL collects, processes and stores personal data relating to you such as your passport, proof of address in the forms of utility bill, credit card statements, debit card statements, bank reference interalia and other sensitive personal data. As part of our client on-boarding process and as part of the services being provided, AAMIL treats your personal data as being private and confidential and adheres to data protection laws such as the Mauritian Data Protection Act 2017 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679 (“the GDPR”).
